“Legacy of Greed” is the true crime story of Larry Phillips Jr and Emil Matasareanu – the ‘High Incident Bandits’ responsible for the a spate of deadly crimes which culminated in the 1997 Bank of America Robbery in North Hollywood. For bibliography & sources, please see below.
