The Story Of Our Hanging Plants

For the last 2 & a half years (ever since we moved into this apartment), we’ve carefully & lovingly cultivated five wonderful, oxygen-producing, delightful PLANTS, hanging from above our front balcony.

We’ve received compliments from neighbors and friends.  It gave us a touch of Better Homes & Gardens.

But no more!  Today our evil landlord said we’re to have NO HANGING PLANTS.

So we’ve called numerous friends (eight, if memory serves) and two people have said they will take them.  So that’s good news.

But man!  What a sad state.  I loved those plants.  I’d water them faithfully every night, I’d talk to them, it was a ritual with five friends.  A sort of late night Happy Hour.

We’re allowed to have not more than three potted plants.

Sad….
